RETURN POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Tino Car Care.

14-Day Cancellation Right

If you are purchasing as a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order for physical goods within 14 days of receiving them, without needing to give a reason.

To exercise this right, contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@tinocarcare.com, including your order number and the items you wish to return.

Once you have told us that you wish to cancel, you have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

Return Condition

Items should be returned complete and in good condition, including their original packaging where reasonably possible.

You may inspect and handle goods as you would in a shop. However, where an item has been used, opened, damaged, or handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning, we may make a deduction from the refund to reflect any reduction in value, where permitted by law.

Many of our products are liquids or chemicals. Please do not send any product back without contacting us first, as we may need to provide specific return instructions due to transport restrictions.

Return Costs

For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods to us.

If an item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or incorrect, contact us before returning it. We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate solution, including return costs where applicable.

Items returned without contacting us first may be delayed if we are unable to identify the sender or order.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned goods, or evidence that they have been sent back to us, we will process your refund as soon as possible and no later than 14 days where required by law.

For a valid cancellation, we will refund the price paid for the goods and the cost of standard outbound delivery. If you chose a more expensive delivery service, we will refund only the cost of our standard delivery option.

Refunds are made to the original payment method used for the order.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is faulty, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at info@tinocarcare.com with your order number and clear photographs or video where relevant.

This helps us assess the issue and resolve it quickly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned for a change of mind:

  • Personalised or bespoke items made specifically for you.

  • Gift cards.

  • Digital products, including The Ultimate Car Cleaning Method™, once access, download, streaming, or other supply has begun after you have expressly requested immediate access and acknowledged that you lose your right to cancel.

This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged, not as described, or otherwise does not meet your statutory consumer rights.

Sale Items

Sale and discounted items are eligible for return under the same terms as other physical goods.

International Orders

For international orders, you are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, brokerage charges, and import fees unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Where an international parcel is refused, uncollected, returned because duties or taxes are unpaid, or returned because an incorrect address was supplied, any refund will be processed only after the goods have been received back by us.

Where permitted by applicable law, we may deduct original delivery costs, return-to-sender costs, customs charges, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and other non-refundable carrier charges from the refund.
