Order Processing

We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1 to 3 working days, Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

During busy periods, sales, product launches, or where additional checks are required, dispatch may take longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.

Orders placed after working hours, at weekends, or on UK bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Costs and Estimated Delivery Times

Shipping costs, available delivery services, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays can occasionally occur due to carrier disruption, weather, customs processing, peak periods, or circumstances outside our control.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details where available.

UK Delivery

We ship throughout the United Kingdom using selected delivery partners.

The delivery options available for your order, including the cost and estimated delivery timeframe, will be displayed at checkout.

International Delivery

We ship internationally to selected destinations. Shipping availability, costs, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

International delivery times vary by destination, chosen shipping method, customs clearance, and local delivery networks. As a general guide, international orders can take approximately 3 to 17 working days after dispatch, although some destinations may take longer.

Certain products, particularly liquids, aerosols, and larger bottle sizes, may not be available for delivery to every country due to carrier and transport restrictions. If a product cannot be shipped to your address, this will normally be shown at checkout.

Duties, Taxes and Customs Charges

For international orders, any import duties, taxes, customs charges, brokerage fees, or other local charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the checkout explicitly states that duties and taxes are included.

Some orders may be sent on a Delivered Duty Paid basis, meaning applicable duties and taxes are collected at checkout. Where this applies, it will be clearly shown during checkout.

Customs authorities may delay or inspect international shipments. We cannot control customs processing times and cannot guarantee delivery dates once an order has entered the destination country.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your delivery address, postcode, telephone number, and email address are correct before completing your order.

We cannot accept responsibility for delays, losses, or additional costs caused by an incomplete or incorrect delivery address supplied at checkout.

If you need to amend an address, contact us immediately at info@tinocarcare.com. Once an order has been dispatched, we may be unable to make changes.

Failed Delivery, Refused Parcels and Uncollected Orders

If an order is refused, uncollected, returned because duties or taxes were unpaid, or returned because an incorrect or incomplete address was supplied, any refund will only be processed after the goods have been returned to us.

Where permitted by law, we may deduct the original delivery cost, return-to-sender cost, customs charges, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and other non-refundable carrier charges from any refund.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Deliveries

If your tracking shows that an order has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbours, and any designated safe place before contacting us.

Please report delivery issues to info@tinocarcare.com as soon as possible, providing your order number and any relevant details. We will investigate with the carrier where appropriate.

For damaged items or incorrect orders, please contact us promptly with clear photographs or video so we can assess the issue and resolve it.
